3. Refund Policy
Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Galactic Hemp. Deposits are non-refundable unless Galactic Hemp is unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances beyond your control (excluding orders placed from restricted states).
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Galactic Hemp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. For any issues with delivery, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly with their tracking information.
5. Custom Orders
For custom orders, a deposit is required to initiate the process. Galactic Hemp will contact you via your preferred method (phone, text, or email) to confirm details. The remaining balance must be paid before the order is processed and shipped. All orders are handcrafted and shipped promptly, but Galactic Hemp is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
6. Legal Compliance
By placing an order, you agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local, state, and federal laws regarding hemp-infused products. Galactic Hemp is not liable for products confiscated or deemed non-compliant in your jurisdiction.
